Repugs may control the House, but Dems still control the Senate and the Oval Office, therefore whatever the Repugs try to repeal or cut are only symbolic gestures. They know they don't have a snowflake's chance of repealing "Obamacare" or axing SocSec and Medicare, but when they fail, they can (as usual) blame the Dems. Wasting time on symbolic gestures instead of job creation, however, will be their downfall in 2012.
