Maybe if Congress had to live like ordinary Americans they would represent us better. We all know what one picture is worth and this one speaks volumes.
It's certainly difficult to have our interests represented by political figures who don't understand our struggles. Sadly, the political system is arranged in such a way that you need lots of money to get elected -- thereby weeding out people who live like the rest of us.
